Davida Mitchell, DAOM, L.Ac.

Julie Watson is a Yoga Therapist certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Bridging yoga and healthcare, she teaches yoga to help others improve and manage their physical, mental and social well-being. She has dedicated many years to serving those with chronic pain, orthopedic issues, anxiety, depression and trauma. Her experience includes teaching yoga for seniors, those with cancer, athletes, social service providers, and  health service and emergency management providers, as well as being part of an interdisciplinary team of doctors, psychologists and physical therapists at an integrated pain care center. Educating individuals to learn about their bodies and offering tools to heal and be well, her work combines postures, self-myofascial release, breathing techniques, meditation and Ayurveda. Julie’s goal is to empower others to live a better and healthier life.
