(208) 830 -2820

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, with a Master’s in Counseling from a CACREP accredited program at Idaho State University.  I’ve been working in the field since 2012.

My therapeutic approach is holistic in nature, taking into consideration the client’s emotional, physical, social and spiritual wellbeing.  Trauma of various kinds, grief/loss, Anxiety and Depression are my areas of focus. My modalities vary based on the needs of my clients, using techniques that feel right for each individual.  These may include; talk therapy, EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Art Therapy.

My strength is in providing a genuinely safe and accepting environment in which you can become comfortable exploring your feelings, thoughts along with different perspectives. I hope to help you gain awareness and empowerment to take control of your life.

Seeking counseling can be a difficult decision, and a giant step in your personal growth. If you decide I'm the right counselor for you, let's build a therapeutic relationship and walk through this growth process together.
