Tucked into my Boise home with my husband and three children, I see now that, without knowing it, I was always on a journey to full-body health and wellbeing. You might hear me say “reflexology found me.”
My journey has been one of healing—my own, which is still underway, and in aiding the healing journeys of others. I feel so lucky to have found something with which I deeply connect that is natural, pure, beneficial to others and rewarding.
Reflexology found me…and I hope it finds you too!
Bridgit is certified in reflexology through the Laura Norman School of Reflexology. Since becoming certified the results for her have been life-changing. She has helped people with back injuries, inflammatory issues, sleep, adrenal fatigue and gout to name a few. Bridgit books 60 minute reflexology sessions in her North End Studio, by appointment only.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is recognized worldwide by numerous national and international health institutions as an effective, distinct, complementary therapy within the field of holistic health.
It’s non-invasive, as you remain clothed, and involves using thumb and finger reflexology techniques to apply alternating pressure to reflexes–which correspond to all parts of your anatomy–located on the feet, hands, face, and ears. During a reflexology session, Reflexologists stimulate the complex neural pathways linking body systems, supporting the body’s efforts to function optimally.
