Gwen has been a professional bodyworker since 2006, when she graduated from the Providence Institute in Tucson, AZ. She is trained in a wide variety of modalities that she draws on to meet each client’s individual needs. Her work can range from deep and intense to subtle and nurturing and she specializes in doing effective therapeutic work in a surprisingly gentle way. In addition to manual therapy, Gwen offers Sarga Bodywork, a slow and graceful barefoot modality that uses focused myofascial techniques to facilitate ease and release in the body, mind, and nervous system.

Gwen finds great healing and inspiration in nature and hopes to bring this feeling of deep peace and stillness to her clients through her touch and presence. Over the years, she has worked with people of all ages and in all walks of life, from professional athletes to those dealing with chronic pain or stress. As a mother of two, she loves giving massage to fellow mamas, from pregnancy on. It is her goal to welcome each client unconditionally and support them as a whole person wherever they happen to be on their life path.
